• Submitting mandatory guest identity notifications to law enforcement (AKBS) pursuant to Law No. 1774,
• Managing financial, accounting, billing, and invoicing procedures,
• Measuring guest satisfaction, addressing inquiries and evaluating feedback,
• Ensuring hotel facility safety, asset security, and physical guest protection,
• Delivering newsletters, promotions, and tailored offers if explicit consent is provided.

2. Methods of Data Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected orally, in writing, or electronically through our website forms, reception registration cards, telephone, email, online travel agents (OTAs), and CCTV systems based on legal grounds stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions (such as Law Enforcement / AKBS), judicial/administrative authorities, banks, financial auditors, and essential technical infrastructure providers strictly within the limits of applicable legislation.

• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data under statutory conditions,
• Object to unfavorable consequences resulting exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing.
